How to Lose Weight with Green Tea?


During the pursuit of losing weight, we all try numerous things. Switching regular food with diet food, signing up for gym membership, downloading loads of workout videos and what not. However, all this goes in vain most of the time, especially when you do not understand the right way of doing all this. One such method is green tea, which is one of the most popular products used for losing weight. If you are also planning to include green tea in your diet, reap the green tea benefits properly:

-    Don’t add sugar: Some people think that adding sugar for a little taste is fine in the green tea, but it is only going to destroy all the benefits obtained by the green tea. You need to drink it plain as it is by dipping the green tea bag in hot water. If you wish to have a little taste, add few drops of honey or lemon to it.

-    Replace with your regular tea/coffee: If you are going to drink your daily cup of coffee/ tea along with green tea, you might not be able to reap all the benefits. Switch regular coffee/ tea with green tea at least once a day which has about 120 calories compared to mere 6 calories of green tea.

-    Avoid flavored green teas: A lot of brands are selling flavored green teas, which you can avoid. Flavored green teas have artificial ingredients adding to its calorie intake. While buying flavored green tea from online tea stores, go with the one with 100% natural ingredients.

-    Work out: Only having green tea is not going to help you lose weight. You need to work out on a daily basis to improve and keep up that metabolism.

Losing weight is not as easy as gaining it, which you need to understand. If you want to shed those pounds, make a few changes to lifestyle along with having green tea in right way.
